We were luckily enough to have Andrew Eyre Chief Executive of the Stag Theatre in Sevenoaks. As some might know we had 4 cinemas in Sevenoaks at point, particularly when the era of cinema and cheap tickets became a popular activity during the 1930's. The Stag wasn't actually the first Sevenoaks cinema, The Place opposite Tubbs Hill Station (now Sevenoaks Station). Andrew talked through the great history of the Stag and how it needed to adapt to what we see now 2023, with a collection of images to help people reminisce from the times they visited as children or as a family. It was a great presentation and one we hope to have again!
